September 2026 myBLDR Release Notes (9/3)

An off-cycle software release update is scheduled for September 3 at 9:00 PM CT.

Introducing Intelligent PO Import

Intelligent PO Import turns a builder's purchase order into quote line items. When you upload a PO, the AI reads it, matches each line to a SKU the builder actually buys, and shows you a review screen so you can confirm or change every match. Nothing is added to the quote until you select Add Items.

Previously, this meant typing each line by hand. Now, PO documents that were never formatted for import can go straight into a quote instead.

Matches are based on the builder's own BFS order history, not a generic catalog guess. Lines the AI isn't confident about carry a plain-language note explaining its reasoning, and issues like short stock, non-stock items, and pricing gaps are all visible before you send the quote. You stay in control throughout: choose which lines to keep, select alternative matches, and choose the pack where items land.

To use Intelligent PO Import:

  1. Open a project, then go to Materials > Quote Manager, and open your quote tab.

  2. Select Import With AI on an empty quote, or Import > Upload with AI on a quote that already has line items.

  3. Drag in a file, or browse for one. PDF, XLSX, CSV, TXT, JPG, PNG, and HEIC files up to 50 MB are supported.

  4. Wait while AI reads the document and matches it to the builder's order history. You can select Cancel at any time.

  5. On the Review and Confirm screen, review each row. Each row shows the builder's SKU, description, quantity, and price next to the matched BFS SKU, description, and your price, so you can compare them side by side. Uncheck any line you don't want on the quote.

  6. Select Add Items, choose an existing pack or create a new one, and confirm.

The items are added to the quote, grouped under the pack you chose.
