New myBLDR Dashboard
The myBLDR landing page has been redesigned for faster performance and easier access to the information you need.
Tip: To access the new Dashboard experience, select the Home icon.
Keyword Search
The myBLDR Dashboard now includes a search bar. Type an ID number or keyword and press Enter to search across your projects, quotes, customers, orders, deliveries, and invoices.
Now, you can access a customer's items without selecting that customer first, if they're on your customer list. Your list defaults to your 10 most recently accessed customers, but you can toggle to use your favorites instead.
View More Deliveries
Additionally, view deliveries for multiple customers at a glance on the new myBLDR Dashboard. Choose to view deliveries for your 10 most recently accessed customers or your list of favorited accounts.
Or, use the calendar to view deliveries for a specific day. Select a delivery to open its Delivery details.
Tip: To favorite an account, use the Customer Search or Recent Customers list and select the star icon next to the account number.
Documents Module
New Toggle: List and Thumbnail View
We heard your feedback. Now in Documents, users can switch between the new list view and the old thumbnail view using a new View toggle in the upper right corner.
The thumbnail view shows a preview of each document, making it easier to review photos (like progress photos from the field) without opening each file individually. This gives you the flexibility to choose the view that works best for the task at hand.
New PDF Document Merge
You can now merge multiple PDF files into a single file directly in the Documents module. This makes it easier to create a document package for teams working on finished components in a project, like cabinets.
Note: Merge only works with PDF files in the same folder. You can't merge files across folders, and you can't merge more than 10 documents at a time. If you need to merge more than 10 files, merge smaller groups first, then merge those PDFs into a single master file. Naming each merged PDF makes it easier to keep track of larger merge tasks.
To merge PDF files:
Open a folder.
Select the Merge button.
The Merge Files form appears.
Drag the rows to reorder the files.
Enter the desired Merged Filename.
Select Merge.
Warning: The Merge button appears only when a folder contains at least 2 PDF files. If you don't see the button, make sure the folder contains multiple PDFs.
Materials Module
Widened Columns on Master Set Spreadsheet Export
On a Master Set Spreadsheet export, elevation and option columns now widen automatically to show full names, so you don't need to manually resize columns to see truncated labels.
This update also fixes the print view so elevation and option names aren't cut off. Additionally, quantity and price no longer split across separate pages.
Fix to Elevation/Option Rearranging Not Saving Globally
Issue: When a user rearranges elevations or options in the Master Set quote grid, the new sort order is saved only for that user. Other users viewing the grid, or exporting the Master Set Spreadsheet (single or bulk), don't see the updated order. This causes exported spreadsheets to be inconsistent depending on who generates the download.
Resolution: This issue is fixed. Elevation and option order now save globally, so the sort order flows through to the Master Set quote grid and the Master Set Spreadsheet export for all users.
