The Demographics page stores basic company information, including builder type, project types, and typical home size and price range. This data is informational only and doesn't affect functionality elsewhere in myBLDR.
To update Demographics:
Select Profile from the top toolbar, then select Demographics from the left panel.
Enter or update the following fields:
Company Name (required). The builder's company name as it should appear on the account.
About Your Company. A free-text description of the company. There's no character limit shown in the field, but keep it to a short summary.
Company Website URL. The company's public website address.
Builder Type. Select the option that best describes the company from the dropdown (for example, custom builder, production builder, or remodeler).
Project Type(s). Select any that apply: Custom, Semi Custom, Production, Multi-Family. More than one can be selected.
Home Size Range. Enter a minimum and maximum typical home size, in square feet, that the company builds.
Typical Home Price Range. Enter a minimum and maximum typical home price, in dollars, that the company builds.
Select Save.
