Note: The Home page is available to BFS users only. Builders land directly on their customer account page after logging in.
Overview
The Home page is the first screen you see after logging in. You can also open it using the Home icon in the toolbar. It brings your customers, recently updated projects, and upcoming deliveries together in one place.
The page includes:
Viewing customers. A toggle that scopes the page to either your favorited accounts or your recently accessed accounts.
Search. Finds customers, projects, quotes, orders, deliveries, and invoices. See "Search from the Home page" below.
Upcoming Deliveries. Deliveries for the customers in your current view. See "View Upcoming Deliveries" below.
Customers. Your favorited or recently accessed accounts. Each row shows the account number and ERP, and includes a star for favoriting.
Recent Projects. Projects with recent activity. Each row shows the project name, job ID, address, customer, and how long ago it was updated.
Preview a Customer
Selecting a customer on the Home page opens the Customer detail drawer, a preview you can check before opening the account in full.
To preview a customer:
On the Home page, select a customer in the Customers card. The Customer detail drawer opens.
Review the account details in the header, including the account number, ERP, and location.
Select a tab:
Projects. The account's projects, with a count. Use Find project to search within them.
Invoices. The account's invoices.
Do any of the following:
Select a project to open it directly.
Select the customer's name to open the full account.
Select the star to favorite the account.
Close the drawer to return to the Home page.
Note: The Customer detail drawer isn't available to builder users.
Search from the Home Page
The dashboard search box supports two ways to find what's needed:
Keyword search. Enter an ID number or name and press Enter to search across projects, quotes, customers, orders, deliveries, and invoices. Results include only matches from the visible customer list (favorited or recently accessed customers).
Natural language search. Enter a question, then select Ask a Question to search with AI. For example, "Show me my windows quotes" or "What are my most recently updated projects?"
View Upcoming Deliveries
Both the Home and Dashboard pages show deliveries for multiple customers at a glance.
To view deliveries:
Open the Home page. A calendar showing upcoming deliveries appears.
Using the toggle at the top, choose to view deliveries for your 10 most recently accessed customers or your list of favorite accounts.
Use the calendar to view deliveries for a specific day.
Select a delivery to see more details.
Tip: To favorite an account so its deliveries appear on the Home page, select the star on the customer's row, or use Customer Search to find and favorite it.
