Pack-level overrides allow individual packs within a quote to ship to a different location than the quote-level default. In SAP markets, the shipping location is identified by a Plant Code.
Set a Pack-Level Shipping Override
To set a pack-level shipping override:
Open the quote in Quote Manager.
Select + next to the pack subtotal. A list of available override options appears.
Select Plant Code. A Location Code option appears.
Enter the location code, then select + to the left to update the pack. The Location Code remains on the Pack Total line as a Pack Override.
Remove a Pack-Level Shipping Override
To remove a Location Code, select the ellipsis (...) menu, then select Remove Pack Override.
