When one or more AppWright jobs already exist on a project, new job requests and job handshakes are automatically linked to the original job using the Original Reference # field.
Create a Job Request with Multiple Jobs
The procedure is identical to a standard job request. The only difference is that each job receives a unique Job ID, and the new job automatically links to the original job.
To create a job request when other jobs exist:
Go to the Quote Tasks module.
Under the desired product category, turn on the AppWright integration toggle.
Leave the Job ID field empty.
Select Save. The new job is created in AppWright and linked to the original job.

Connect an Existing Job with Multiple Jobs
The procedure is identical to a standard job handshake. The new job automatically links to the original job.
To connect an existing AppWright job when multiple jobs exist:
Go to the Quote Tasks module.
Under the desired product category, turn on the AppWright integration toggle.
Enter the existing AppWright job number in the Job ID field.
Select Save. The task is linked to the AppWright job and connected to the original job.
Note: If more than one job already exists on the project, the new job links to the first job created.
