A job request creates a new job in AppWright when no AppWright job number exists yet. Use a job request when starting a new design project. For jobs that already exist in AppWright, use a job handshake instead.
To create a job request:
Go to the Quote Tasks module.
Under the desired product category, turn on the AppWright integration toggle.
Leave the Job ID field empty. (A new job number will be generated in AppWright.)
Select Save. The task status updates to "[Product name] Completed." (The exact status varies by market and product.)
Data Transfer to AppWright
When a job request is submitted, myBLDR sends data from two sources to AppWright:
UI data from the myBLDR form
Static data from the Team Assignment configuration
The circled numbers in the screenshots below show how myBLDR data points map to AppWright fields.

A unique myBLDR task ID is sent to the UDB_HoleWidth field in AppWright. This field enables status updates to sync back to myBLDR.
