General Updates
Redesigned Help Center and Chat Experience
The Help Center in myBLDR has a new design that brings all our support resources together in one place. With the updated interface, you can chat with the myBLDR and Estimate Support teams, search the knowledge base, and stay informed via notifications such as outage alerts and release notes.
When you start a chat, you can now select from a list of commonly asked questions to route your conversation to the right team. A new feedback option is also available in the chat experience, where you can share input about myBLDR directly with our product teams.
Documents Module
New Folder Organization Options in Documents
When creating a new folder, BFS users can now designate it as Public or Private, giving you more control over document access without relying on the system-generated BFS Only folder.
The Folder Options for a Sales-Only Folder
The left navigation groups Public folders at the top and Private folders (including BFS Only) at the bottom, creating a consistent, predictable layout for all users.
Builder users aren't affected by this change and won't see the Public/Private designation option.
Simplified Project Creation
We've streamlined project creation in myBLDR. Now you can complete the following steps in a single submission. Plus, each step is optional, so you can start with as much information as you have.

New List View for Documents & Projects
The Documents module and Projects page now show files in a list view instead of the previous card layout. The new format now shows each file's name and metadata (like the creator, creation date, and time), making it easier to scan and sort files at a glance.

National Catalog: New Configurable Selections
We’ve added over 90 new configurable selections to the National Catalog this month, including updates across paint, flooring, lighting, and more.

Configure Module
Fix to Camera Angle Persistence When Navigating Between Hotspots
Issue: When a user adjusts the camera angle in a scene (for example, by panning or tilting the view in the Kitchen), that adjusted angle persists when the user navigates to a different hotspot or scene. The camera doesn't reset to the default angle as expected.
Resolution: This issue is fixed. The camera angle now resets each time a user navigates to a new hotspot or scene.
