Plan specifications display square footage, bedrooms, and bathrooms in the downloadable brochure and 3D visualizer. Specifications can be set as default values or configured with dynamic rules.
Set Default Plan Specifications
To set up default plan specifications:
In the Catalog module, go to a plan and open the Plan Details menu.
Scroll to the plan specifications section.
Enter values for Default Finished Square Footage, Default Number of Bedrooms, and Default Number of Bathrooms.
Select Save and Publish the plan. The specifications appear in the 3D visualizer and downloadable brochure.
Set Up Dynamic Plan Specification Rules
To configure dynamic rules that adjust specifications based on selections:
Go to the Plan Specs page in the Catalog module.
