Using the Funnel Report

Learn how to track quote activity and conversion metrics in myBLDR.

The Funnel Report tracks quote activity and conversion metrics across the sales pipeline. The report shows how many quotes move through each stage from creation to order.

To access the Funnel Report:

  1. Select Reports from the top toolbar. The myBLDR Digital Funnel Dashboard opens to the Title Page/Report Updates tab, showing recent report changes and upcoming updates.

  2. Use the tabs along the bottom of the report, similar to sheet tabs in an Excel workbook, to move between views:

    • Title Page/Report Updates. The landing tab. Shows recent changes to the report and what's coming soon.

    • Info Page. Describes the purpose of each report view and how to use it.

    • Full Funnel Report. Shows funnel stage metrics and KPIs. See "What does each stage of the funnel mean?" in the Funnel Report FAQ for details on each stage.

    • Funnel Details. Shows record-level project, quote, and order tables behind the funnel metrics.

    • Jobs-Orders-Invoices Details. Shows detailed tables for ERP Jobs, Orders, and Invoices. See below.

  3. Use the date range filter to adjust the reporting period.

Using the Jobs-Orders-Invoices Details Tab

This tab provides a detailed, operational view of ERP Jobs, Orders, and Invoices to support day-to-day tracking, reconciliation, and performance analysis. It lets business users review transaction-level records across systems and understand how jobs progress into orders and invoices.

Refine the analysis using the filter panel, which includes:

  • Period.

  • Division / Region / Area / Market.

  • ERP System.

  • Customer Hierarchy.

  • Customer Name.

All visuals and tables on this tab update dynamically based on the selected filters.

  • ERP Jobs table. Job-level details sourced from ERP systems, including account and customer information, Job creation date and Job ID, market and division context, and ERP source indicators. Supports monitoring job activity and workload trends.

  • Orders table. Order-level transactional data linked to ERP jobs, including Bill-To customer details, location and order identifiers, and source system and order flags. Helps validate order creation and track order processing across systems.

  • Invoices table. Invoice-level detail for financial validation and reconciliation, including project and customer information (Project ID, Bill-To Customer #, Bill-To Customer Name, Customer Account #, Customer Name), invoice details (Division, Invoice Date, Invoice #, Order #), location context (Job ID, Location Code, Region, Area), and sales rep information (Sales Clerk Employee Number, Sales Clerk Employee Name).
