  • Create projects, upload plans and documents, request Paradigm Estimate, Home Configure.

  • Quote publishing, sharing, and acceptance.

Cash and PIA Customers

A Cash or PIA customer is a customer who pays cash and doesn't have a credit line. Cash customers don't require POs, jobs, or authorized buyers.

Both OnLine and Trend Cash accounts can access myBLDR. The G/L Type must be updated to D/R before the customer can register. If the customer receives errors when attempting to register, contact your local credit team.

Make a Cash Account Eligible for myBLDR

To make a Cash account eligible for myBLDR, the Area Credit Manager must update the following settings in OnLine or Trend:

  • Set G/L Type to D/R.

  • Set Customer Portal Enable to Y.

National Accounts

National (PO) customers can access myBLDR. Statements and invoices should be hidden before giving a National Account customer access to myBLDR.

To hide financial documents for a National Account, submit a help desk ticket.

Customer Training Materials

Training materials for the core Plan to Order workflow features are available for customers on the BFS SharePoint.

Project Management Tool Costs

Project management tools — including Document Management, Schedule, Budget, and Online Bill Pay — are available to customers at no charge.

Custom Sorting of Dashboard Favorites

Custom sorting of favorites on the OSR dashboard isn't currently supported.

Job Creation by ERP Type

  • OnLine. Jobs created in OnLine are pulled into myBLDR automatically and appear in the project dashboard with an OL# prefix. Selecting an OL# job converts it into a full project. The Job ID field doesn't need to be entered manually unless the project was created in myBLDR before the job existed in OnLine.

  • Trend. A job can be created in Trend at any time. You can create the job in Trend and access it in myBLDR to generate the project, or create the project in myBLDR first and update it with the Trend Job ID after the job is created.
