AS400 Accounts Don't Receive Notifications by Default

Issue: A sales rep on an AS400 account isn't receiving notifications.

Resolution: AS400 accounts don't receive notifications by default. The OSR must set notification preferences manually.

To set notification preferences for an AS400 account:

  1. Go to Crews.

  2. Select Notifications.

  3. Expand BFS Support Team.

  4. Set the desired notification preferences.

BFS OSR Doesn't Appear Under BFS Support Team in Crews Notifications

Issue: A BFS employee doesn't appear under BFS Support Team in Crews Notifications.

Resolution: The employee must have logged into myBLDR at least once to appear in the Notifications table. If the employee has never logged in, they won't appear. If the employee has logged in previously but still doesn't appear, submit a help desk ticket.

Update the OSR Listed on an Account

Issue: The OSR listed on an account is incorrect.

Resolution: Submit a help desk ticket with the name and email address of the correct OSR.

Note: If the project isn't in the correct market, submit a help desk ticket to request reassignment to the correct market.

Re-enabling a Canceled Order

Issue: A previously canceled order needs to be re-enabled.

Resolution: Canceled orders can't be re-enabled in myBLDR.

Not Receiving Notifications for an Account

Issue: An OSR is not receiving notifications for an account in myBLDR.

Resolution:

  1. Confirm the correct OSR is listed on the account in the ERP.

    1. If the correct OSR is not listed, submit a help desk ticket with the OSR's name and email address to be added to the account.

    2. If the correct OSR is listed, direct the OSR to go to the Crews module on the account.

  2. Select Notifications.

  3. Update notification preferences to receive quote request notifications and any other desired notifications.

If the project is not in the correct market, submit a help desk ticket to request that the project be reassigned to the correct market.
