Can't Access the Material List After Moving a Job

Issue: The material list returns an unexpected error after a job is moved to a different account.

Solution: Moving a project between accounts can take time, especially for projects with many details, such as quotes. Exit the project, wait a few minutes, and return to it.


Unexpected Error on the Dashboard

Issue: The dashboard displays an unexpected error.

Solution: Access account information through the Customers module while the issue is being resolved:

  1. Go to the Customers module.

  2. Search for the customer account.

  3. Select the account.

  4. Return to the Dashboard module.


Known Issues with Retrieving Quotes

Issue: Quotes aren't retrieving as expected.

Solution: Check the myBLDR status page for current known issues: https://mybldr.statuspage.io/


Taxes and Fees Missing After Importing a Trend Bid

Issue: Taxes and fees don't appear after importing a Trend bid using the linked quote option.

Solution: Taxes and fees aren't available for Trend BP bids at this time.


Where can I find more information about SPIFF?

SPIFF is the incentive program that is in place for OSR/ISR to use myBLDR. You can find information about SPIFF in the BFS SharePoint Digital Resources Section. If you are having trouble with a project, you can also contact [email protected] for help.


Can't Create a New Job

Issue: You are unable to create a new job to start a takeoff in myBLDR.

Solution: Try the following steps:

  1. Refresh the page and try again.

  2. Try a hard reload by pressing Ctrl+F5.

  3. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload myBLDR.

  4. Confirm your account has the correct permissions to create jobs. If you're unsure, contact your account administrator.

  5. Check the myBLDR status page for any known issues.

If the issue has happened before and the steps above don't resolve it, contact support and describe what you were doing when the error appeared.


New Chat Opens Instead of Continuing an Existing Conversation

Issue: A new chat opens when trying to add to or clarify a message that was already sent to an estimator or support agent.

Solution: Existing conversations aren't found by starting a new chat. They're found under the Messages tab.

To continue an existing conversation:

  1. Open the Help Center.

  2. Select the Messages tab at the bottom of the screen. Open conversations appear in the list.

  3. Select the conversation to continue it.
