Can't Access the Material List After Moving a Job

Issue: The material list returns an unexpected error after a job is moved to a different account.

Solution: Moving a project between accounts can take time, especially for projects with many details, such as quotes. Exit the project, wait a few minutes, and return to it.

Unexpected Error on the Dashboard

Issue: The dashboard displays an unexpected error.

Solution: Access account information through the Customers module while the issue is being resolved:

  1. Go to the Customers module.

  2. Search for the customer account.

  3. Select the account.

  4. Return to the Dashboard module.

Known Issues with Retrieving Quotes

Issue: Quotes aren't retrieving as expected.

Solution: Check the myBLDR status page for current known issues: https://mybldr.statuspage.io/

Taxes and Fees Missing After Importing a Trend Bid

Issue: Taxes and fees don't appear after importing a Trend bid using the linked quote option.

Solution: Taxes and fees aren't available for Trend BP bids at this time.
