Can't Open a Document
Issue: A document won't open in myBLDR.
Solution: The integrated viewer supports only PDF and DXF file formats. If a PDF or DXF file won't open, the filename may be missing its extension. Add the correct file extension — such as .pdf — to the end of the file name and try again.
Can't Open a Document After Renaming It
Issue: A document can't be opened after being renamed.
Solution: The file extension may have been removed when the document was renamed. Add the correct file extension back to the end of the file name — for example, .pdf for a PDF document.
