Where Can I Download the myBLDR Mobile App for iOS?
To install the myBLDR mobile app on an iOS device:
Open the following link on an iOS device: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/bldr/id6504291071
Select Get to download and install the app.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
How Do I Submit a Help Desk Ticket from the App?
To submit a help desk ticket:
From the home screen, tap the avatar icon in the top right corner. The help desk form opens.
Complete the form with the details of the issue.
Tap X to submit and close the form.
Deliveries Show an Error or Don't Appear
Issue: Deliveries on the home screen show an error message or fail to load.
Solution: This can occur when the number of deliveries on the customer list exceeds the 30-second timeout. Take at least two screenshots of the customer list and send them to a support contact for review. To take a screenshot on iPhone, press the Side button and the Volume Up button at the same time.
A Specific Delivery Is Missing
Issue: A delivery that appears on the myBLDR website isn't showing up in the mobile app.
Solution: The home screen only shows deliveries for customers on the customer list, which is limited to the 10 most recent customers. Confirm that the customer associated with the missing delivery is on the list. If the delivery is still missing, contact a support representative.
Note: If a delivery appears on the website but not in the mobile app, report it to a support contact. Delivery data should always be in sync across mobile and web. |
A Builder Can't Access Statements or Invoices
Issue: A builder can't access the Statements module.
Solution: The builder's permissions in the Crews module may be misconfigured. In Crews, the user must be set as a Company Manager and have all permissions in the Statements category selected to access statements and invoices.
